Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

As a local practice, we do our best to accommodate our patients while also respecting the time our team reserves for each appointment.

We understand that plans can change. However, repeated rescheduling, last-minute cancellations, same-day cancellations, and missed appointments prevent us from offering those appointment times to other patients who may be waiting for care.

For this reason, after multiple reschedules, cancellations, or no-shows, we may be unable to accommodate additional appointment requests. First-time no-shows, including those involving new patients, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of our practice. This policy applies to both new and existing patients.
