I’ve been visiting Dr. Chamberland at Blink of an Eye Optometry for a few years now and have had a great experience every single time. At my annual exam this year, they recommended a new type of lens called the NeuroLens. I’ve been wearing my NeuroLens glasses since the end of February, and I wanted to give them a fair amount of time before writing a review so I could honestly reflect on how they’ve impacted my day-to-day life.

Bottom line: the difference has been incredible.

My quality of life has improved so much. I used to struggle with daily, intense migraines for years due to a lazy eye. I also work long hours in a high stress environment and spend most of my time in front of a computer. Since getting these lenses, my migraines have significantly lessened. My eye no longer feels constantly strained. I can work for much longer without discomfort, and I’ve even started to notice when the nerve in my eye begins to tense up. I can actually feel the glasses helping it relax again, which is something I never experienced before.

The first couple of weeks were a little tough. I felt nauseous pretty often, but Dr. Chamberland and Jeremy had already walked me through what to expect and reassured me that this was completely normal while adjusting. They were right, and once my body got used to the glasses, everything improved dramatically.

Both Dr. Chamberland and Jeremy have been amazing through this entire process. They are kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure these lenses made a difference. Jeremy was so patient and thorough when explaining everything about the NeuroLens and helped me feel completely at ease with the experience.

Thank you both so much for recommending these. I truly cannot imagine going back to life without them. I will never wear anything but NeuroLens again, and I won’t be visiting another doctor’s office for as long as we live in Middle Tennessee.
